Challenge Meal Plan: Breakfast ideas

This meal plan is taking me a bit longer than planned, so here's just a bit for starters!

Breakfast Options:

14 come with your challenge,but those are for the Max Phase so if you want them through out the whole challenge, order an extra box!

Advocare Meal Replacement Bar; found here. This is great for on the go and very filling!

Oatmeal and fruit; If you're doing this make sure it's old fashioned rolled oats so you don't have all the extra sugar added! I like blueberries and bananas in mine! Use water or Almond Milk,unsweetened. Silk brand is our favorite!

Egg whites; If you MUST have an egg, have egg whites. Add red peppers,onions and mushrooms for extra flavor and the fulfilment veggies add!

Ezekiel 4:9 or Food For life whole grain flourless,organic bread; One slice for breakfast with all natural organic nut butter, peanut,almond etc. NO butter! Enjoy some fruit with this also!

Green Smoothie; I am still acquiring a taste for these, but they're so good for you! You'd add baby spinach, kale,fruit of your choice, a couple ice cubes, flaxseed meal and all natural organic nut butter.

So your grocery list for breakfast would look something like this:

Almond Milk (undsweetened)
Eggs (If you can get cage free,vegetarian fed - they're the best for you!)
Ezekiel 4:9 or Food for life whole grain,flourless loaf of bread (frozen food section!)
Kale
Organic Baby Spinach
Bananas ( or fruit of your choice)
Blueberries (or fruit of your choice)
Old fashioned Rolled Oats
All Natural Organic Nut Butter (peanut,almond...)
Any extra fruit you might want with breakfast

I hope this helps a bit! When you take your fiber drink in the morning while on your cleanse be sure to drink a whole glass of water. Continue drinking water through out the day and if you'd like start your day off with a Spark!
